Project Scope
In a saturated financial services market — especially in competitive regions like Florida and the broader U.S. market — building trust begins with perception. Excellence Accounting & Financial Consulting, a firm specializing in tax strategies, business accounting, and financial consulting for individuals and companies, sought to elevate its brand image, increase online credibility, and speak with clarity to both English- and Portuguese-speaking audiences.
To do that, The King Working was brought in to lead the creation of a new institutional website and a brand repositioning strategy across social media platforms. The mission was to develop a unified, modern, and trustworthy visual and verbal identity that reflects the firm’s core values: proximity, precision, and financial intelligence.
This wasn’t just a design update — it was a complete transformation of how Excellence communicates with its audience online.
Plan of Action: Building Authority Through Design, Content, and Consistency
The project started with strategic discovery sessions to understand the audience segments served by Excellence — from individual taxpayers and self-employed professionals to small business owners and international clients. Based on this mapping, we developed a dual-language content strategy and identified tone, keywords, and brand pillars.
Website Development
We designed and developed a responsive, SEO-optimized website, prioritizing user experience and service clarity. The site structure focused on:
- Clear service categories (Accounting, Tax Services, Financial Consulting)
- Strong trust indicators (certifications, testimonials, FAQs, blog)
- Local SEO targeting (South Florida, Orlando, Miami, etc.)
- Contact forms and WhatsApp integrations for direct lead generation
- Visual hierarchy and intuitive navigation for mobile and desktop
The visual identity was kept clean, professional, and friendly — reflecting financial confidence without being cold. Every element was optimized for visibility on search engines, especially in local and bilingual searches.
Social Media Repositioning
In parallel, we redefined Excellence’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase relevance, reach, and authority. This included:
- A new visual grid system with branded templates
- Weekly educational content covering U.S. tax law, bookkeeping tips, financial planning, and business compliance
- Local SEO targeting (South Florida, Orlando, Miami, etc.)
- Personal positioning of the founder (Michelly dos Anjos) as a trusted face of the brand
- Bilingual content strategy to engage both American and Brazilian communities in the U.S.
- Community management guidelines for engagement and trust-building
The goal was not only to create content but to position Excellence as a local authority — a firm that informs, supports, and connects with its audience consistently.
