Project Scope
In today’s highly competitive and regulated healthcare market, building brand trust requires more than a quality product. It demands a strategic combination of healthcare marketing, compelling storytelling, digital innovation, and data-driven engagement. This was the challenge presented to The King Working by Nestlé Health Science for FiberMais, one of its leading fiber supplements focused on digestive health and nutritional well-being.
As consumer awareness of digestive health continues to grow, Nestlé Health Science identified an opportunity to strengthen the digital presence of FiberMais, increase brand visibility, and deliver valuable nutritional education to both healthcare professionals and consumers. The objective extended beyond a traditional marketing campaign. The company sought to create a fully integrated digital ecosystem capable of educating audiences, improving patient engagement, supporting healthcare recommendations, and driving meaningful conversions.
To achieve these goals, The King Working developed a comprehensive digital strategy focused on healthcare communication, user experience, content marketing, and technology integration. The initiative aimed to position FiberMais as a trusted authority in digestive health while equipping field representatives with modern, high-performance digital tools that reflect Nestlé Health Science’s scientific expertise, credibility, and commitment to innovation.
The result was a scalable digital experience designed to enhance brand awareness, strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, increase consumer engagement, and support long-term growth in the health and wellness sector.
A Strategic Digital Rollout Connecting Science, Technology, and Brand Impact
The King Working was entrusted with a high-impact digital transformation project designed to strengthen FiberMais’s position as a leading brand in the nutrition and digestive health market. The scope included UX/UI design, website development, custom software programming, technical SEO, performance optimization, and the creation of innovative digital tools tailored for both healthcare professionals and sales representatives.
As part of the strategy, The King Working developed a responsive, user-centered website, an interactive fiber intake calculator, and a sophisticated Visual Aid platform that empowered field sales teams with scientifically accurate and engaging content. Every digital asset was built with a focus on user experience, conversion optimization, accessibility, brand consistency, and search engine visibility.
By integrating healthcare communication, digital innovation, and data-driven design, the project created a seamless customer journey across multiple touchpoints. The result was a scalable digital ecosystem that transformed complex nutritional information into accessible, engaging, and actionable experiences for consumers and healthcare professionals alike.
This comprehensive approach successfully bridged the gap between science, technology, and commercial execution, positioning FiberMais as a digital leader in the nutrition, wellness, and digestive health sectors while enhancing online visibility, audience engagement, and long-term brand authority.
Where science meets creativity: a digital transformation that positioned FiberMais as a benchmark in health, technology, and innovation.
At the same time, The King Working designed and developed a sophisticated Visual Aid platform tailored specifically for Nestlé Health Science’s commercial representatives. Created to support both in-person and virtual meetings with physicians, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals, the solution transformed complex scientific information into clear, engaging, and highly persuasive presentations.
By combining medical accuracy, strategic healthcare communication, and impactful visual storytelling, the Visual Aid enabled sales teams to effectively communicate clinical evidence, product benefits, mechanisms of action, digestive health outcomes, and daily fiber intake recommendations. The platform was carefully structured to enhance knowledge transfer, improve audience engagement, and facilitate more meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals.
Optimized for usability, accessibility, and brand consistency, the Visual Aid became a powerful sales enablement tool that strengthened field performance, increased confidence during presentations, and reinforced FiberMais’s position as a trusted solution in digestive health and nutritional wellness.
Plan of Action
To successfully execute a project of this scale and complexity, The King Working implemented a structured digital transformation framework that combined strategic discovery, UX/UI design, custom software development, healthcare communication, SEO optimization, and continuous performance enhancement.
The project began with an in-depth strategic immersion into the FiberMais ecosystem. Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the product’s clinical benefits, target audiences, market positioning, healthcare communication challenges, and commercial objectives. This discovery phase provided the foundation for a data-driven roadmap aligned with user behavior, healthcare industry requirements, and sales force needs.
Based on these insights, our UX/UI specialists designed a modern, responsive, and accessibility-focused digital experience for the new FiberMais website. Built entirely from the ground up, the platform was developed to balance scientific credibility with intuitive navigation, ensuring a seamless experience for both consumers and healthcare professionals. The website incorporated educational content, digestive health resources, clinical evidence, product information, usage recommendations, and wellness insights, all organized within an SEO-optimized architecture designed to improve search engine visibility, user engagement, and conversion rates.
To further enhance user value and strengthen FiberMais’s digital positioning, our development team created a custom Fiber Intake Calculator application. Built with advanced clinical logic and a user-centered interface, the tool calculates personalized daily fiber requirements based on individual health and lifestyle profiles. Fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, the calculator became a key digital asset that differentiated the brand while promoting nutritional education and healthy habits.
In parallel, The King Working developed a sophisticated Visual Aid platform designed specifically for Nestlé Health Science’s commercial and medical detailing teams. Created to support both face-to-face and virtual interactions with physicians, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals, the solution combined evidence-based communication, compelling visual storytelling, and scientific accuracy. This enabled representatives to present clinical data, product mechanisms of action, digestive health benefits, and daily usage recommendations in a clear, engaging, and highly persuasive format.
From a technical perspective, every component of the project was developed according to the highest standards of performance, security, scalability, and compliance. The digital assets were deployed on robust infrastructure, supported by clean and maintainable code, advanced analytics integration, responsive design principles, and optimization best practices. Throughout the project, our team worked closely with Nestlé Health Science stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, regulatory alignment, approval workflows, and seamless implementation.
The entire initiative was supported by rigorous project management, detailed documentation, quality assurance testing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization cycles. This agile and strategic approach ensured that every deliverable met the demanding standards of the healthcare industry while creating a powerful digital ecosystem that elevated the FiberMais brand, improved user engagement, strengthened healthcare communication, and delivered measurable business value.
