Nestlé Health: Fiber Mais

Project Scope

In today’s competitive and regulated health market, building brand trust requires more than just a good product — it demands strategy, storytelling, and technology working together. That was the challenge presented to The King Working by Nestlé Health Science for its flagship fiber supplement, FiberMais.

With a growing focus on digestive health and the need for accessible nutritional education, Nestlé Health Science sought to expand FiberMais’s visibility, modernize its digital presence, and provide more value to both healthcare professionals and end users. The goal wasn’t just to launch a marketing campaign, but to create a fully integrated digital experience that would educate, engage, and convert — while supporting field representatives with high-quality tools that reflect Nestlé’s scientific credibility.

A Strategic Digital Rollout Connecting Science, Technology, and Brand Impact

The King Working was entrusted with a high-impact mission: to lead the UX/UI design, website development, custom programming, and the creation of both a Visual Aid for sales teams and an interactive fiber calculator app. The strategy also involved SEO, performance, branding consistency, and a user-first approach across every touchpoint.

What followed was a digital transformation that bridged the gap between science, design, and commercial execution — positioning FiberMais as a digital leader in the nutrition space.

Where science meets creativity: a digital transformation that positioned FiberMais as a benchmark in health, technology, and innovation.

Simultaneously, we developed a Visual Aid tailored for Nestlé Health Science’s commercial representatives. This material was designed to assist in in-person and remote visits with physicians and healthcare professionals. It combined strong visual storytelling with medical accuracy, making it easier for the sales team to present clinical data, product mechanisms, and daily usage recommendations in a compelling and engaging way.

Plan of Action

To deliver on such a multidimensional project, The King Working followed a structured, agile methodology combining discovery, development, and optimization phases.

We began with a strategic immersion into the FiberMais product, its clinical attributes, target users, and communication challenges. This allowed our team to build a clear roadmap based on user behavior, healthcare context, and sales dynamics.

Our UX/UI design team led the creation of a modern, responsive, and accessible interface for the new FiberMais website. Built from the ground up, the site was designed to deliver credibility and simplicity, while being fully optimized for SEO and conversion. It featured educational content, clinical data, usage recommendations, and fiber-related health insights — all integrated into a seamless digital experience.

Simultaneously, our development team created a custom-built Fiber Intake Calculator App, programmed with clinical logic to calculate daily fiber needs based on individual health profiles. This tool was designed for both consumers and healthcare professionals, and delivered with a responsive interface for mobile and desktop use. It became a unique point of differentiation for the brand.

To empower the Nestlé sales force, we developed a Visual Aid presentation, strategically crafted for use in medical detailing and commercial visits. The presentation merged science with storytelling — delivering visual clarity, evidence-based messaging, and product differentiation in an engaging and easy-to-present format.

On the technical side, we ensured the highest standards in performance, compliance, and integration. The assets were deployed on scalable infrastructure, with clean and maintainable code, integrated analytics, and full responsiveness. Our team collaborated closely with Nestlé’s internal teams to ensure brand alignment, approval processes, and smooth deployment.

The entire execution was backed by project management, documentation, QA testing, and iterative optimization to guarantee a result that met global health standards — while exceeding creative expectations.

Conclusion

The FiberMais project was a benchmark in how creative thinking, user-centered design, and health communication can come together to deliver impact. With The King Working’s multidisciplinary execution, FiberMais gained not only a new digital face, but also tools that empowered professionals, educated users, and supported the sales cycle.
